We’ve been to a few ATV / UTV events this year so we weren’t exactly over the moon at the prospects of traveling to rural Tennessee for another one. This event was put on by the great folks at Polaris as a reward for their passionate customers. Camp RZR East was to be held at the massive Brimstone recreation area in Huntsville, TN September 18-19. Prior to driving in from another show in Louisville, we did some research on the area and found that it was one of the top riding spots in the country. All of a sudden our attitude about this event started to change.

We rolled into registration right off the main road in Huntsville and parked right alongside the registration tent. Everything was clearly labeled and the organizers had ample staff on hand to get everyone in and out of registration super-fast. They also explained all of the fun stuff that they had planned for the people on site over the weekend. Scavenger hunts, concerts, special breakfast and more were planned for all in attendance. But we had to set up MB Quart‘s booth before we could worry about any fun.

MB Quart’s Booth at Camp RZR East!

We drove in, picked up our RZR and our booth supplies, and began setting up our space. Thanks to the awesome team at Tommy’s Motorsports in Clinton, TN our gear was all securely stored less than a mile from the event. We picked it all up and drove in to set up our booth. Polaris hires a company Called Six Speed to organize these events and they were also on-point. The Six Speed team had us all lined out with our location and details moments after arriving. They couldn’t have made this any easier for us! So we set up our space and pulled in our newly refreshed XP4 1000 and called it a night.

The next morning was the official start to the event. We arrived early so we could be fully prepared for the consumers in attendance. We pulled in and took the cover off the RZR and immediately had groups of people wanting to check it out. The recent build updates included a custom cage from  the Jason and his talented team at AZP Concepts in Mesa, AZ. The cage is something you’d see more commonly out in the dunes. It was the first time many of our east coast RZR riders have seen one set up like this. Of course the updated stereo really peaked people’s interest. It included two sets of the new Polaris / MB Quart Extreme Audio Pods. These killer speakers look as great as they sound.

We saw thousands of people over the course of the weekend but they weren’t just there to see what we were up to. Many other vendors had excellent displays and some even had cool events on the trail like Jack Links “Find the Sasquatch” scavenger hunt. Of course the riding was epic! If that wasn’t enough, Polaris gave away two brand new RZR’s and over $200,000 worth of prizes including several complete MB Quart audio systems.

If You Think the New Polaris Audio by MB Quart is the Best Thing You’ve Ever Heard – RAISE YOUR HAND!

The fun didn’t end during the day either. Every night Polaris had national country music acts on the main stage for everyone to enjoy. Friday we saw a killer show with Jon Pardi and Saturday’s act was the always-entertaining Jake Owen. Needless to say, we were blown away by the quality of this event. The toughest part about planning for next year will be deciding how early we’ll have to leave in order to do some more riding in this beautiful part of the country! Until then, Camp RZR West in Glamis will have to tie us over.
